These Terms of Service govern your use of ibplayerpro.com and any IPTV subscription or activation service provided by IB Player Pro ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
IB Player Pro is a premium IPTV subscription service. We provide:
- Subscription + Playlist plans that include live channels, VOD content, and login credentials.
- Activation Only plans that activate paid media players (such as IBO Player and IBO Pro) on your device using your MAC address. These plans do not include a playlist.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you provide — including your full name, email, WhatsApp number, and any MAC address — are accurate and your own.
3. Orders and Payment
- Order details and payment instructions are delivered to your email after submitting the checkout form.
- For activation orders, payment options are presented on the thank-you page (UK bank transfer, Wise / Revolut, or USDC on the Solana network).
- Your account or activation is processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
- Prices on the website are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, rebrand, or redistribute access to the service.
- Share your login credentials publicly or with third parties.
- Use the service to break any applicable law in your country.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the service.
- Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots against our website or service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without refund.
5. Content
We do not own, host, or produce the channels and VOD content streamed through our service. We act as a technical provider only. Content availability depends on upstream providers and may change without notice. Removed or temporarily blocked channels are not grounds for a refund.
6. Internet & Devices
Quality of streaming depends on your internet connection and device. We recommend a stable connection of at least 20 Mbps. Issues caused by slow or unstable internet, incompatible or outdated devices, or local network restrictions are outside our control and not refundable.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it before placing an order.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and force-majeure events may temporarily affect availability. We do not provide compensation for short interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published means you accept the new terms.
